Shannel relocated to Atlanta from Pennsylvania where she worked in the real estate market. Representing both buyers and sellers, Shannel demonstrated a genuine commitment engaging with businesses and investors to identify property for their business and investment strategies.
More recently, Shannel entered the property management sector where she worked with the Braden Fellman Group as a Commercial Property Manager. In that role, she assisted in securing new tenants for vacant units, creating budgets, and lease negotiations.
Shannel is licensed in both Georgia and Pennsylvania and is currently working toward her CCIM designation.
